At i2HC, we focus on understanding where healthcare is going and how to position our members’ organizations to optimize performance and enhance value. As change continues, our job is to understand potential impacts. In our group, we analyze trends and events, then map out threats and opportunities and how they might influence results.
We Accelerate Growth
Our members are powerhouse healthcare executives. They bring insight into critical business decisions concerning organizations, operations, and strategy. They are always looking for opportunities to grow their companies and improve performance. The i2HC group’s combined perspective helps each member to see around corners and get better results.
Exclusive Membership
An i2HC group includes six to ten non-competitive CEOs and presidents of established and growing healthcare organizations. Our groups will look like the healthcare industry – diversity in every respect. Membership is by invitation only.
Quarterly Group Meetings
Every quarter, our group gathers at a destination like Aspen, Colorado, or Palm Beach, Florida. Here, members develop valuable friendships. The meeting is bracketed by delicious dinners and consists of two half-day segments. The first focuses on personal and organizational development, best practices, and innovative concepts. The second segment is about market dynamics and industry trends that can lead to transformational change. Any member may present a concept for group discussion.
Monthly Individual Sessions
Each member spends two hours per month with the Chair to review priorities. Topics range from organizational development and optimization to personal coaching. The member often defines the agenda for this coaching session. In addition, there is direct, on-demand access to the chair seven days per week.

Greg Bellomy
Greg has spent more than thirty years driving innovation and value creation across the healthcare ecosystem. As a Board Member, CEO, and President, spanning behavioral health, home health, clinical services, health/wellness, rehabilitation, and interventive care. He has built a reputation as an innovative thinker, transformational leader, and catalyst for progress.
His forward-looking business strategies challenge the status quo with data-driven, evidence-based methods to drive sustainable revenue, profit, and earnings. In addition, he is focused on strategies that raise the bar for quality, access, improved outcomes, and cost-effectiveness with innovative approaches to care and holistic products and services, redefining healthcare and patient experience.
Greg was trained as a coach and facilitator by Vistage Florida, one of the largest facilitated peer group companies in the United States. His passion for mentoring and coaching has inspired and developed numerous business leaders who help daily to evolve healthcare in their roles throughout the industry.
